Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Self-Employed Cleaner to join our team covering Ashford and the surrounding area. You must have your own car and a full driving licence as you will be travelling between clients' homes.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in our clients' homes. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You must be reliable, professional and work to a high standard.
We are currently looking for someone to work between 4-6 hours a day, 2 or 3 days a week.
Additional days and hours are available depending on your location and willingness to travel beyond the Ashford area.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens & bathrooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness in our clients' homes.
- Follow the client's bespoke cleaning schedule, as detailed on our App
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to clients' requests or inquiries.
Skills
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients in their homes.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently while managing time effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- You must be reliable and able to commit to working set days each week.
You must have a valid driving licence and your own reliable vehicle to travel between our clients' homes.
