The Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership (KBSP) brings together statutory partners—including Bristol City Council, Avon & Somerset Police, BNSSG Integrated Care Board, Probation, and Avon Fire & Rescue—alongside a wide range of voluntary and community organisations. The KBSP Business Unit supports the partnership to deliver its statutory responsibilities and strategic priorities.
A key part of that support is with the co-ordination of the day-to-day business of the partnership, acting as one of the officers providing this co-ordination support, the role provides an exciting opportunity to influence practice across the city and make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and adults.
About the Role
As a Senior Partnership Co-ordinator, you will provide support to partnership activity through arranging and co-ordinating meetings, maintaining planners, preparing papers, minute taking, maintenance of action plans, and support with financial transactions amongst other things.

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and resilient individual who can work effectively and thrive in a varied and fast‑paced environment.
You will bring:
- Knowledge of multi‑agency safeguarding and community safety partnerships.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Proven ability to effectively gather information in a variety of forums such as meetings and workshops.
- Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills

For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.
