We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Consultant to support a newly partnered estate agency introducer who is working with us that have several busy West Midlands offices.
This opportunity offers access to a consistent stream of qualified customer enquiries. The successful candidate will benefit from strong local brand presence, ongoing support, and significant earning potential.
We are particularly interested in individuals who have previously worked closely with esatte agencies and are confident building productive relationships within a branch-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored advice and recommendations across:
- Residential mortgage products
- Remortgage solutions
- Buy-to-let lending
- Protection and insurance products
Support a broad range of clients including:
- First-time purchasers
- Home movers
- Existing homeowners
- Property investors and landlords
You will manage clients throughout the advice process, ensuring excellent service from initial enquiry through to completion.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have:
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent recognised mortgage qualification)
- Proven mortgage and protection advisory experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and pipeline management
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Previous experience working alongside estate agency or property-based referral partners (advantageous)

Pay: £24,420.00-£75,510.19 per year
