Job Description
- Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by upselling products.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarize yourself with the products available to assist customers effectively.
- Engaging with customers with a positive attitude and upselling products.
- Replenishment of frozen and ambient goods
- Customer engagement with a positive attitude
- Ensuring health and safety is in check
- Display attention to detail when restocking retail areas
- Adaptable to different departmental needs and work
- Adhere to store policies, procedures, and Wing Yip's core values for a safe working environment.
