Summary
Join Frank Key as a Counter Assistant & Driver in our branch located in Keighley. This role is vital in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their project needs and ensuring smooth operations at our counter as well as delivering and collecting equipment to our customers. Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm (1 hour unpaid break)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area and branch.
- Uphold health and safety standards in the branch.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Carry out checks on equipment to ensure it is ready for customer use
- Deliver and collect equipment from customers as and when required in a 3.5T Plant & Go.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivery driving.
- Valid driving license suitable for commercial vehicles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely.
- Knowledge of tool hire is essential.
- Some form of mechanical knowledge would be useful
- Reliable with a good attendance record.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Customer-focused attitude.
