Roe's Irish Pub is a busy, independent bar looking for a friendly and reliable bartender to join our team.
We’re a lively venue with a varied calendar of events, including private parties, cocktail classes, drag shows, live music, and screenings of live sports. No two shifts are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and getting stuck in.
What the role involves:
- Serving drinks and cocktails
- Delivering great customer service in a busy bar environment
- Working private parties in our upstairs hire room
- Assisting with cocktail-making classes
- Supporting service during drag shows, live music nights, and sports events
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised
- Helping create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bartending experience (cocktail knowledge helpful but not essential)
- Confident, approachable, and professional
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Able to stay calm and efficient during busy events
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude
Pay:
National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage, depending on age.
