We are looking for a professional, organised, and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team at our practice in Kew Bridge, Brentford. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage the reception desk and front-of-house operations.
- Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and patient enquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Process payments and assist with billing and insurance claims where required.
- Coordinate communication between dentists, nurses, and patients.
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
What We're Looking For
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience (dental or healthcare experience is preferred but not essential).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills and confidence using office software (experience with dental software is an advantage).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
