Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to provide high-quality personal and social care to vulnerable adults in community-based settings, including supported accommodation, day services, and short breaks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
- Assist with personal hygiene, eating, drinking, mobility, and social interaction.
- Support individuals to achieve outcomes identified in their Care Plans.
- Monitor and assist with medication in line with care plans and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
- Report concerns, risks, or changes in service users' needs appropriately.
- Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in a caring role (essential).
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
- Caring, professional, and person-centred approach.
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (desirable).
- Enhanced DBS check required.
