Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Banbury has the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technicians at all skill levels to join their established workshop team.
Vehicle Technician Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician your responsibilities will include:
- Routine Servicing, Repairs and Health Checks to Manufacturer Standards
- Cam belt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
- New Car PDI’s & Used Cars Multi Point Checks
- Warranty Repairs
- MOT Tests (if qualified to do so)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent
- 12 months post apprenticeship experience Vehicle Technician
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own your own tools
Desirable Requirements:
- Manufacturer Accreditations / Qualifications
- Franchised Dealer Vehicle Technician Experience
- MOT Licence
- EV/Hybrid Qualifications
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary up to £37,000
- On Target Earnings up to £40,000
- Manufacturer Training Programme inc Hybrid/EV training
- Opportunity to qualify as an MOT Tester

Working Hours
- Mon-Fri 8:30-17:15
- Saturday 1 in 4 as Overtime
