As a Supporter Care Officer, you’ll you’ll be the first point of contact for our incredible supporters, delivering an outstanding experience across every interaction..
You’ll be taking donations and answering enquiries to sending heartfelt thank-you communications, your work will directly help build lasting relationships that sustain our vital care services.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity—perfect if you're looking to start or grow your career in fundraising or the charity sector.
What you will do
? Be the friendly, professional first contact via phone, email, and in person.
? Handle supporter enquiries with empathy and enthusiasm.
? Process donations accurately and securely, including Gift Aid records.
? Create meaningful thank-you communications (including handwritten notes).
? Support fundraising campaigns and provide administrative assistance.
? Maintain accurate supporter records in our CRM/database.
? Build strong relationships with supporters and colleagues.
? Help improve processes to deliver even better supporter care.
