Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Sunday Controller to oversee operations during the weekend. Also to cover nights during annual leave. This role is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our organisation, maintaining safety standards, and providing leadership in emergency situations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, demonstrate leadership qualities, and be prepared to handle unexpected incidents effectively. Duties
- Supervise daily activities and ensure all operations are carried out according to organisational policies and procedures
- Coordinate staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet operational needs
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents, implementing appropriate emergency management procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive working environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for any issues arising during the shift, escalating concerns as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and operational reports for review
Qualifications
- Flexibility to cover night shifts during annual leave.

Pay: £7,931.04 per year
