Maple is a brand-new brunch café opening in March in Coventry. We are looking for an experienced
Barista who thrives in a busy brunch environment, takes pride in coffee quality, and enjoys being
part of a vibrant, modern café brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks to consistent standards
- Dial in coffee, manage grind settings and maintain equipment
- Deliver friendly and engaging customer service
- Support FOH during peak brunch service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of coffee station
- Assist with stock control for coffee and beverage supplies
- Be confident appearing in social media content representing Maple
- Support influencer days, promotional shoots and interactive café events
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a busy café
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Comfortable working under pressure during peak hours
- Confident personality with excellent communication skills
- Social media savvy and comfortable engaging on camera
- Passion for coffee, brunch culture and hospitality
- Full-time & Part-time availability considered
