This wonderful children’s home has been developed to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, neglect, and abuse. The home will offer a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment where children can feel valued, understood, and empowered to achieve positive outcomes.
This provider is known for creating services where both young people and staff are supported to grow. Senior leaders remain visible and hands-on across the organisation, with the Responsible Individual regularly visiting services and maintaining close relationships with staff teams. The organisation places a strong emphasis on wellbeing, progression, and internal development, actively investing in you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and Ofsted standards
- Lead, manage, and develop the staff team to deliver high-quality care
- Promote a safe, caring, and child-centred environment
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding practices, and risk management
- Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders
- Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections and drive continuous improvement
✔ Quick Apply - You’ll Need
- ❇ 3+ years previous experience working with children or young people within children’s residential homes
- ❇ 2+ years leading staff within a children’s residential home
- ❇ Level 5 leadership & management (preferred)
- ❇ Full UK driving licence
- ❇ Level 3 in Children & Young People
