Job Summary
Your role as a Project Manager will be to efficiently manage various projects for 247 National. This role is related to the management of lock installations in EMEA and APAC for a specific to a global tech company contract. You will need to work closely with other people within the 247 team and external stakeholders regularly. The role will be office based. There is an expectation of flexibility on working hours to meet client demands across different time zones
As well as managing projects on behalf of 247 National for this specific client, there will be an expectation of outstanding customer service and a proactive approach to an efficient and quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
As Project Manager, your duties will include:
- Planning, executing, and supervising projects within budget and on time
- Engaging and managing 3rd party suppliers around the globe delivering on 247’s behalf
- Track project performance, analysing lessons learnt and implementing improvements based on this
- Keeping an accurate log of time spent on each project and task
- Raising risks to projects in a timely manner with the appropriate stakeholders, finding resolutions to these risks
- Completing door schedules and other specific tasks related to the specification and installation of locking systems, seeking assistance where appropriate
- Proactively communicating with stakeholders on the status of projects
- Reporting regularly and accurately on various aspects of projects
- Demonstrate adherence to KPIs and SLAs of the contract

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
