Job Summary
We require a time served Joiner who is committed to, and enthusiastic about, providing a first-class service to our tenants and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
You will be required to assist our small team of tradesmen in a wide range of repairs, maintenance and property improvement tasks to our housing stock and other property assets and adhere to current Health & Safety regulations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for helping to implement the Association’s asset management programme.
A full driving licence is required.
