Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 4:30pm with 2 x paid 15 minute breaks everyday
Hourly Rate: From£14.00 per hour, rising after successful completion of probation

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, operating spray equipment and applying high-quality finishes, ensuring all products meet the company’s strict quality standards.

Job Duties:
· Spray paint and apply protective coatings, ensuring a high-quality consistent finish
· Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming
· Mix and apply paints, lacquers and finishes in line with work instructions and product specifications
· Carry out paint thickness, adhesion and visual quality checks to ensure finished
· Assist with the assembly of components where required
· Using hand tools, spray equipment and basic workshop machinery
· Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or workshop environment
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce a high-quality, consistent finish
· Able to work efficiently to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
· Reliable, hardworking and able to work both independently and as part of a team
· Good awareness of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment
· Punctual, dependable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
