About the Role
Lounges are pretty special places,and what makes them so special is the brilliant people who work in them.
As part of our Bar & Waiting team,you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly,adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

Welcoming customers and delivering warm,genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
-
Serving food to a high standard,making sure every dish lands just right

Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees,cocktails,and everything in between

Keeping the bar prepped,stocked,and clean throughout every shift

Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries,including allergen questions,with confidence
