Our brand new swimming pool in Rotherham is seeking 3 Swim Teachers.
You must hold swimming teaching qualifications for this job!
We have three positions available this position of 20 hours per week plus additional Teaching hours and cover swim teacher hours available
The Swim Teacher will be responsible for teaching children how to safely learn to swim as well as supervising swimmers of all ages when in the water. We're looking for a fun and energetic individual with a passion for swimming
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a range of strokes and skills.
- Adapt classes to meet the needs of individual students.
- Be a role model of good swimming technique and safety practice.
- Understand the needs of a diverse range of population (e.g. age, medical history, etc.).
- Treat all students equally and without prejudice.
- Maintain appropriate atmosphere for teaching.
please note this job involves working evenings and weekends
