We are now recruiting graduates for full-time Graduate Academic roles starting September 2026, with interviews taking place throughout June/July.
Through our programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a range of school settings across Greater Manchester- including primary, secondary, further education, and SEND provisions. Each placement is carefully matched to your interests, giving you a clear and realistic insight into life in education before committing to teacher training.
What You’ll Gain:

By the end of the academic year, you’ll be fully prepared to take the next step into teacher training or further education-based careers.

- Position: Graduate Academic Coach
- Location: Greater Manchester
- Start Date: September 2026
- Interview Period: June/July
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
- Pay: £500–£530 per week
We’re Looking For Graduates Who:
- Hold (or are predicted) a 2:2 degree or above
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Can confidently engage and motivate pupils
- Are proactive, positive, and reliable
- Are committed for the full academic year (Sept 2026 – July 2027)
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively
