Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to support children with Autism and additional needs?
We are working with a specialist provision within a mainstream primary school in Cricklewood that supports pupils with Autism and behavioural needs.
The provision provides a structured and nurturing environment where children are supported to develop communication, confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.
About the Role
- Support pupils with Autism and additional needs
- Work closely with pupils within a specialist provision
- Implement behaviour support strategies
- Encourage engagement, communication and independence
- Support learning and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SEND professionals
About You
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
- Knowledge of Autism and behaviour support strategies
- Patient, resilient and adaptable
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about supporting children to succeed
