Are you looking for long term subcontracting work?
We are seeking skilled, professional and reliable Subcontractors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience with various commercial, industrial & residential projects and possess the correct skill set, attitude and efficiency to carry out works throughout Yorkshire and nationwide. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive to different job sites and manage tasks independently while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
Mainly hourly rate works at £19-23.50ph with price work available.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to competition with sometimes managing other on site painters and decorators.
- Execute painting tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Drive to various locations nationwide as required
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity on project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations on all job sites.
- Report progress and any issues encountered during projects to the relevant person within the company
Experience
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Valid blue CSCS card
- A valid driver's licence and use of own vehicle is required for travel between job sites.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
