Job Opportunity: Photo Booth and Backdrop Decor Attendant at Effortless Events UK

Position: Photo Booth Attendant
Location: Buckinghamshire, London and surrounding areas
Hours: Part time, mainly weekends and evenings, self-employment. Must be able to take on a minimum of four jobs per month. Must be available to work on 3rd and 4th July, with training taking place beforehand.
Salary: £15 to £20ph depending on job type
Full training will be provided. No prior Photo Booth or Event Decor experience is required.
Ability to carry heavy equipment is imperative, as well as having reliable access to a car big enough to fit the equipment and confidence driving with equipment in vehicle and late at night. Recommended car size would be a VW Golf or similar.

About Us:
At Effortless Events UK we create luxury Photo Booth and Decor experiences for our clients. Events range from weddings, corporate events, birthdays and more. We pride ourselves on delivering quality service with a smile. Our job takes us to some of the most incredible venues in Buckinghamshire, London, Berkshire and sometimes further afield.
Responsibilities:
- Collect equipment from our base in Chesham, South Buckinghamshire
- Set up photo booth and/or backdrop and/or decor at event venue
- Ensure guests have a positive experience throughout their photo booth session
- Monitor the photo booth for technical issues and troubleshoot as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the photo booth area
- Dismantle the equipment and return it to Amersham
- Some events require the Photo Booth and Backdrop Attendant to set up the equipment and return at the end of the event to collect
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Good time keeping and organisational skills are key for this role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident carrying heavy equipment
- Basic technical skills for troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Full UK driving license, and owner of a car that can fit the equipment (minimum size approx. a VW Golf)
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or photography is a plus
Typical job:
Travel to venue – 1 hour
Setup at venue – 1 hour
Conduct event – 3 hours
Dismantle equipment – 30 minutes
Return to Chesham – 1 hour
Total – 6.5 hours
Wage – £130
