Experienced Lift and Electrical Manager
Location: Sutton, Greater London (Hybrid – 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote)
Contract: 26 Weeks - chance of being longer
Rate: £516.63 Umbrella per day
Hours: 40 per week
We are seeking an experienced Lift and Electrical Manager to oversee lift and electrical compliance programmes across a residential property portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure statutory compliance, manage specialist contractors, review technical reports, and support the delivery of safety and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lift and electrical compliance activities
- Oversee contractors, inspections, servicing, and remedial works
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and safety standards
- Review technical surveys and compliance documentation
- Support programme delivery, reporting, and risk management
Essential Experience
- Strong background in lift and electrical compliance
- Experience within social housing, property
- Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of UK compliance and safety legislation
