Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School (Barnet)
Full-Time | Term Time Only | Start ASAP | Until July 2026 | £107-£115 per day
Not all support roles in schools feel the same.
Some are reactive.
Some lack structure.
And then there are schools like this one… where your role is clear, valued, and genuinely impactful.
A high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Barnet is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join them ASAP, supporting students across KS3–KS4 who benefit from additional academic, emotional, and behavioural support.
This is a full-time, long-term position until July 2026.

- Helping students stay focused, regulated, and confident in the classroom
- Working closely with teachers to adapt learning in real time
