The Role
As a Vehicle Valeter, you will play a key role in ensuring all customer, display, and demonstrator vehicles are presented to the highest standards. You'll take pride in delivering immaculate vehicles while supporting colleagues and contributing to an outstanding customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across all vehicles.
- Prepare customer, display, and demonstrator vehicles to showroom standards.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
- Support the delivery of industry-leading customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues while demonstrating the initiative to work independently when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and attention to detail.
- Has excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Can manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Has previous vehicle valeting experience (desirable, but not essential).
- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential).
