A fantastic, high-achieving Secondary School based in the Borough of Merton is seeking a motivated and passionate graduate to join their supportive and close-knit staff team. As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN/SEMH needs including ASD, SpLD, ADHD and more.
This is the ideal role for any individuals wishing to gain more experience to pursue a career in teaching, educational psychology, mental health, social care and more!

Providing support in and out of the classroom to all children

Assisting class teachers to deliver lessons in Maths, English and more

Helping out across KS3, KS4 and KS5
