We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual who enjoys being a night owl
You will become a vital part of our team providing the warmest of welcomes and exceptional customer service. As a Night Porter, you will ultimately be responsible for the safety and security of our guests as they sleep and lone working will be involved
4 nights per week on rolling rota schedule plus holiday cover
Please note there is no live in accommodation offered with this position so you must be able to reliably commute to the property
Your night to night;
- Checking in late arrivals and welcoming guests
- Resetting the property both public and back of house areas, setting up meeting & conference rooms
- Ensuring the building and guests are secure
- Setting up and assisting with early breakfasts
- Stocking up the bars and function areas
- General duties and cleaning
- Setting up conferences
- General security of the hotel and guests during the night
