Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a People Support Advisor to help us to deliver a positive employee experience and ensure RHP Group continues to be an inspiring and inclusive place to work.
Working at an HR generalist level in a fast-paced, customer focused environment, you’ll provide support and guidance across the employee lifecycle, helping managers and employees with day to day processes. You’ll build relationships across the business, providing practical advice on people policies and supporting employee relations matters.
You’ll play a key role in promoting employee wellbeing and engagement, proactively supporting managers with absence management, engagement initiatives and activities that help employees feel valued, motivated and psychologically safe. Using data to identify trends and opportunities, you’ll contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinaries and absence management.
