Regional Sales Manager – Material Handling Equipment (M25 Corridors)
Salary: £50,000 – £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Commissions
Location: along M25 corridors.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Professional (Farmer) to take ownership of a regional territory—M25 corridor—working with end users to drive sales of industrial equipment and materials handling solutions.
This role involves identifying new business, managing key accounts, and delivering technical sales solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams including Projects, Operations, Service, and Admin to ensure customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and convert new business opportunities in your region (Existing customers ONLY)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of end-user accounts
- Conduct on-site visits and detailed surveys
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide insight on customer needs, market trends, and competitors
- Attend industry trade shows and customer-facing events
- Meet and exceed defined targets for order intake, sales, and margin
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in industrial equipment or material handling equipment sales (MHE)
- Strong commercial and technical communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a regional territory and develop accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel across your designated territory (with some overnight stays)
- Ideally based South UK around southern M25 Corridor
