What will this role be getting up to?
- Maintain service delivery
- Direct daily supervision and management of engineering teams
- Customer Complaint handling
- Conduct quality audits
- Reviewing team performance data, strategizing to drive better results
- Assist engineers with any technical queries
- Use external and internal systems to update install information
- Ensure performance issues are fully investigated and fully resolved
Role T&C's
- Working in the operation field (south London/Surrey), reporting to our Rooks Nest Office, Godstone

- Ideally looking for someone with minimum 5 years fibre build experience, and 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Tuesday-Saturday working
- Accreditations required: SA001, S8 and NRSWA

Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year
