Both ladies like to get out and about in the community and socialise with friends. They enjoy hobbies such as puzzles, shopping and lunch out. As a support worker your role is to enable them to achieve their goals by supporting them in their home and the community. We are looking to recruit drivers in order to ensure we can take full advantage of any opportunity to get out and about in the community.
We are looking for a Support Workers to join their team and support them living out their goals and dreams.
**Due to genuine occupational need, we require female applicants with a UK Manual Driving License only** ( please note this role does not require you to have your own vehicle)
Hourly Rate : £13.00 per hour, £50 per sleep-in
Location: Poole, BH10
Hours Available : 35 hours per week working on a 2-week rolling rota
Week 1 :
Mondays: 5pm-9pm
Tuesdays: 7am-3pm
3.30pm-10pm (Sleep-in)
Wednesdays : 7am-9am ( following a sleep-in shift)
Thursdays: 7am-9.30am
5pm-9pm
Saturdays: 7am-3pm
Week 2 :
Sundays: 5pm-9pm
Tuesdays: 7am-3pm
3.30pm-10pm (Sleep-in)
Wednesdays : 7am-9am ( following a sleep-in shift)
Thursdays: 7am-9.30am
5pm-9pm
Fridays: 7am-3pm
What you will be doing
As a Support Worker, you'll be supporting adults with disabilities in their own homes, helping them to live as independently and confidently as possible. Every day is different- one day you might be supporting with cooking a new recipe or attending local events, the next you could be offering emotional support or attending an ABBA tribute act.

- You will support with personal care (regulated activity), emotional support and practical support
- Help with day-to-day activities, including cooking and cleaning
- Provide encouragement to enjoy social activities and community engagement
- Be a caring and respectful presence in someone's life
What we are looking for
- Kind, caring and reliable individual
- Fun and patient, with a good sense of humour
- FULL UK Manual Driving License
- Passionate about helping others to live their lives to the fullest
- You do not need experience, just the willingness to learn and we will support you to complete a level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, giving you the confidence to thrive in your role.
