Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable, along with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards
- Support barista duties if applicable, preparing coffee and other beverages with attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred; restaurant experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required
- Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus but not essential
- A professional attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
