If so, we’d like to talk. Cornish Tea & Coffee is looking for a practical, hands-on person to help develop, improve and maintain our buildings and facilities as our business continues to grow. This isn’t a site role. This isn’t snagging houses. This is helping shape a growing Cornish business and creating spaces that people enjoy working in.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure across all of our sites, including our factory, warehousing, office spaces, retail unit and bakery. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, well-organised, and take pride in keeping our facilities functional, safe, and looking their best.
This is a varied and practical role that involves both planned and responsive maintenance work, ensuring our buildings remain in excellent condition and operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry and internal alterations
- General building and improvement projects
- Basic plumbing and practical repairs
- Creating and adapting internal layouts
- Property improvements and maintenance
- Turning ideas into practical solutions
- Working alongside our in-house electrician

- Full UK driving licence
