Retail supervisor - Shell A1 services (Bowburn)
Shell Durham A1 services are seeking a motivated, experienced retail professional eager to grow into a supervisory role. This position offers an opportunity to support the station manager, stepping in when needed and consistently leading by example.
This is a succession role for a station manager role.
We are particularly interested to hear from individuals who have the desire to progress in a management career.
Role Details:
-Hours: Minimum of 27 hours per week (3.5 days), with full flexibility across 7 days and all shifts. Especially weekends
-Shifts: Colleague shifts typically run from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. Supervisory shifts may include mornings and/weekends.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience in retail or hospitality. Previous management experience is a plus.
Travel: A personal vehicle and flexibility to travel are essential. You must be flexible to cover other sites occasionally within the Northeast.

Pay Rate: £13 per hour rising in line with national minimum wage increases.
