An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established business in Rugby and become part of their friendly and supportive finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and processing purchase orders (POs)
- Invoice processing, matching, and query resolution
- Supplier statement checks and basic reconciliations
- Processing expenses and employee timesheets
- Maintaining accurate financial records for audit purposes
- Support project and finance-related activities
- Acts as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and stakeholders
Essential:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Experience supporting basic finance processes (e.g. POs, invoices, expenses, timesheets)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy working environment
Desirable:
- Experience supporting payroll-related administrative tasks or timesheet systems
- Familiarity with finance systems or ERP systems
- Experience working within a project-based, engineering, construction, or operational environment
