Come and join Adept as a School Cleaning Supervisor carrying out daily cleaning and shifts from 15:30-18:30 Mon-Fri (15 Hours per week).
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced School Cleaning Supervisor to become part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervision of site team, ensuring scope is carried out daily, monitor cleaning standards and ensure it meets contractual requirements. This position requires keen attention to detail, strong communication skills with both client and Adept, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
The role will require:
- Supervising site team and ensuring contract scope is carried out daily.
- Consistent communication with client and Adept's Operations team.
- Ensure equipment and consumables are in order and any issues communicated promptly.
- Provide daily cleaning services at the end of school operations ensuring high-quality service provision and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Complete cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, wiping, sanitizing,degreasing, and other related school and classroom cleaning duties using chemicals.
- To complete all mandatory training and courses prior to start date.
- Ensure good working relationships with client, Adept and site employees.
- Keep up-to-date with Health and Safety best practices and regulations to meet compliance standards.
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- Document and sign off all work carried out daily.
The ideal candidate will have the following traits/abilities
- School and commercial supervisory cleaning experience - Essential.
- EDBS - Essential (if expired, we can assist)
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, enthusiastic and results driven.
- Work effectively in a small team.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
