The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Solar Consultant who excels at closing deals.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will be provided with a full diary of pre-qualified, inbound appointments generated by our marketing team. Your focus is purely on what you do best: engaging with customers and selling. Key Responsibilities
- Consultation: Conduct 6–8 pre-booked virtual or phone consultations per day with prospective customers.
- System Design: Perform detailed needs assessments and design accurate solar PV systems (using EasyPV).
- Proposals: Prepare and present professional, tailored proposals.
- Sales Execution: Confidently handle objections and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and stay updated on industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Solar PV sales.
- Proven Track Record: You are a "closer" with a history of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Savvy: Experience designing solar systems and generating professional proposals.
- Pace: You are comfortable handling a high volume of leads in a fast-moving environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for objection handling.
- Software: Experience with EasyPV is preferred but not essential.
