ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of In-Room Dining Waiter, your key focus will be to:

ensure all orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to standards

be fully conversant with all the In-Room Dining menu
-
demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
-
provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
-
personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
-
maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
-
be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
-
prepare amenities for guest rooms
-
prepare mise-en-place and ensure be prepared for service
ABOUT YOU
-
previous experience in a similar 5* environment
-
strong interest in food and beverage
-
flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
-
confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
-
ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
-
excellent attention to detail
-
clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
