Duties
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and specialised treatments tailored to client needs
- Perform barbering services with precision and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalised advice
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing
- Upsell products and services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment adhering to health and safety standards
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Senior Stylist within a reputable salon setting
- Skills in store management, including appointment scheduling and retail sales optimisation
- Barbering qualifications or experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently to clients
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
