The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines both front-of-house reception duties and patient support office responsibilities.
You’ll split your time between reception and our patient communications office, welcoming patients to the practice while also handling calls, emails and appointment enquiries
No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to patients and visitors.
- Delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Managing incoming calls and patient enquiries.
- Booking, rearranging and optimising appointments.
- Supporting efficient diary management across the practice.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Working closely with clinicians and colleagues to ensure a seamless patient journey.
Working Hours
Monday: 8:00am – 7:15pm
Tuesday: 1:45pm – 6:15pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:45pm
Salary
£13.00–£15.50 per hour, depending on experience
