We are seeking an organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and documentation support within a project-based operational environment in the North Sea.
This role follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule. During each working rotation, successful candidates will remain on site, with accommodation, meals, and travel arrangements provided in accordance with company policy.
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in administration, office administration, office assistant, administrative support, customer service, receptionist, coordinator, document control, data entry, logistics administration, or similar roles. Previous experience in a rotational or project-based environment is beneficial but not essential, as full onboarding and job-specific training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
- Prepare, organise, and maintain project documentation
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
- Assist with document control, filing, and record management
- Support reporting and administrative processes
- Coordinate communication between project and operational teams
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and general office administration
- Ensure documentation is accurate, organised, and up to date
- Complete additional administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, reception, coordination, or similar role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Willingness to work a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule
- Ability to remain on site for the duration of each working rotation
