Legacie Group are looking for an experienced and motivated Guillotine & Folding Machine Operator to join our growing fabrication team to manufacture components that service the construction sector nationwide.
The role will involve operating and programming:
- CIDAN EVO DUO folding machine
- CIDAN FX32 guillotine
You will be manufacturing high-quality architectural metalwork and roofing/cladding components for commercial construction projects throughout the UK.

Main Responsibilities
- Operating CIDAN EVO DUO folding machinery
- Operating CIDAN FX32 guillotine
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
- Folding and cutting aluminium, steel and other sheet materials
- Producing flashings, pressings, trims and bespoke fabrications
- Ensuring all products are manufactured accurately and to specification
- Carrying out quality checks on completed work
- Maintaining machinery and keeping work areas clean and safe
- Working closely with production and design teams
- Managing material usage efficiently to minimise waste
- Meeting production deadlines and output targets
- Assisting with loading/unloading materials where required
Desired Experience
- Previous experience operating folding and guillotine machinery
- Ability to read technical/fabrication drawings
- Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Experience working with aluminium, steel and coated materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, quality-driven and capable of working independently while maintaining high fabrication standards. Experience within roofing and cladding fabrication would be highly advantageous.

Pay: £40,000.00-£40,001.00 per year
