As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for skilled and reliable installers to join our expanding team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for installing high-quality cavity wall & loft insulation in domestic, new-build and commercial properties. You’ll work as part of a friendly, professional team ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install loft insulation and cavity wall materials to meet required standards and specifications
Prepare and clear work areas safely and effectively
Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
Maintain accurate job records and follow company procedures
Comply with all health & safety regulations and quality standards
Working hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm including lunch & breaks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, or general building trades (preferred but not essential – training provided)
Willingness to work as part of a team and a ‘can-do’ attitude to tasks.
A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
Full UK driving licence (required)
Valid CSCS card (desirable)
