Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across the hotel to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Oversee routine inspections and preventative maintenance to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Implement and monitor health and safety procedures, especially related to hygiene and virus prevention.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with management to plan upgrades and renovations that support sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize guest disruption.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or facility maintenance management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and manage complex systems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality environments.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
