Dental Nurse (Qualified or Trainee)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our growing dental team as a Dental Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin or further their career in dentistry within a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role
This is a full-time position working across our two well-established practices:
- Our private practice in Warwick
- Our NHS practice in Rugby
As you'll be travelling between both locations, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilised.
- Deliver exceptional patient care, helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes using our practice management software.
- Ensure surgeries and clinical areas are clean, organised, and compliant with all health, safety, and infection control standards.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and patient communications where required.
- Provide patients with post-treatment advice and answer any queries regarding their care.
- Follow all cross-infection and decontamination protocols to maintain the highest standards of patient safety.
- Work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Essential
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Qualified Dental Nurse or enrolled on a recognised Dental Nursing course.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment (although this is essential not as full training will be provided).
