We are a Manufacturing Company based in Seaham looking to recruit a general production operator on a permanent basis.
We are looking to hire motivated and hardworking individuals who would like to learn new skills.
Production experience is essential, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Duties
· Adhere to Health & Safety
· Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested
· Communicate effectively
· Work as part of a team
· Use hand tools safely
· Flexibility to work on various sections as and when required
If after a successful probationary period of 12 weeks has been completed your hourly rate will increase.
Shift Rotation
Starting Rate
2 weeks day shift 7am – 3pm (Mon-Fri) £12.71
2 weeks back shift 3pm – 11pm (Mon-Fri) £14.21
2 weeks nightshift 11pm - 7am (Sun-Thurs) £15.71
After 12 Weeks
2 weeks day shift 7am – 3pm (Mon-Fri) £12.88
2 weeks back shift 3pm – 11pm (Mon-Fri) £14.38
2 weeks nightshift 11pm - 7am (Sun - Thurs) £15.88
Pay: £12.71-£15.88 per hour
