We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator professional to join our team at Your Move Dalkeith. You will be responsible for handling front end business and interaction between all clients, whether they are Landlords or Tenants. Job Overview:
· Answer incoming inquires from prospective landlords and tenants.
· Organising and arranging appointments – valuations, viewings etc.
· Conducting Viewings at property
· Stock Management
· Use of own car essential.
· Cross – selling services and products
Experience & Skills
· Customer Service
· Sales experience
· Drivers License
· Estate Agency experience is favourable but not essential (full training will be given)
You will be offered earnings of £26,000 per annum. Saturdays will be part of your 5 day working week, on a rotational basis. There are numerous employee benefits which include a company pension scheme.
