We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our FNOL (First Notification of Loss) team, supporting our weekend operation with flexible Saturday and Sunday shift patterns.
This is a computer-based, customer-focused role where you'll play an important part in keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth experience from the start of their repair journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Sending image request links to customers to support claims and repair assessments

Updating customer records and progress logs accurately within internal systems

Making outbound calls to provide customers with repair updates and progress information

Maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the customer journey

Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and ensuring information is updated accurately

Delivering excellent customer service and building confidence with customers during the repair process
What we're looking for:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confident using computers and working across multiple systems

Good attention to detail with accurate data entry skills

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Previous customer service, administration or call handling experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided
