St Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust was established in September 2022 as part of the Bishop of Hallam’s vision for education. Today the St Francis family embraces 14 schools, 12 Primary Schools and 2 High School across the Local Authorities of Doncaster, Nottinghamshire and Rotherham. Main Purpose
To coordinate and lead the day-to-day operation of the school’s internal inclusion provision, supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, communication and interaction, attendance and behavioural needs through adaptive, relational and inclusive practice.
The postholder will work collaboratively with leaders, teachers, families and external professionals to promote engagement, wellbeing, reintegration and positive outcomes for vulnerable pupils.
The role includes leading targeted intervention and provision, supporting the deployment and practice of other adults within the provision, and contributing to the school’s graduated response and inclusive practice across the wider school community.
