We are looking for a Digital Solutions / AI Adoption Manager to help teams adopt modern technologies like Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI tools, and automation platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of AI and digital workplace tools across teams
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs
- Improve workflows using Power Platform, AI Agents, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes
- Support rollout of new tools, features, and digital initiatives
- Track adoption metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, digital transformation, product enablement, or change management
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools
- Understanding of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for AI, automation, and improving user experience
- Experience in professional services or corporate environments is a plus
Pay: £54,420.00-£67,758.71 per year
